Baby walkers are an essential product to support a child in acquiring motor skills. A walker allows the child to have help and support when they are about to learn to take their first steps freely, when they are about to acquire the ability to move freely around the house first, and then to walk. Often equipped with game consoles, it facilitates the development of the child's sensory and coordination skills, as well as satisfying the child's primary need during that period: to have support that prevents constant falls when their legs and back cannot yet support the child's weight for more than a few seconds. Walkers are available in multiple colors and shapes, from the simplest to the most accessorized. Baby walkers can also function as a push-along or a tricycle, extending the product's use time and increasing the child's enjoyment. For parents and children, it is a very useful product: it prevents falls, keeps the child occupied for several hours a day (especially as a small activity center), and supports the free learning of the ability to walk independently. However, pediatricians often complain about the use of this product, stating that children do not learn how to fall correctly this way. It is indeed necessary for the child to also experience falling alone, to "learn how to fall well".
