Upon order confirmation, Baby Chic issues an invoice for the shipped goods. The details provided by the customer at the time of the order, pursuant to Article D.P.R. 445/2000 and DL 52/2004, will be used. If the order is intended for another person, Baby Chic offers the possibility of entering an address different from the billing address. It will therefore be possible to indicate one address for shipping and one for billing. Delivery will take place from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, during normal working hours.

The availability of each product is indicated on the BabyChicStore.it website, according to the following classification:

  • IMMEDIATE SHIPPING: the product is already in our warehouses and delivery times are 2 working days (3 days for islands and remote locations).
  • COMING SOON: the product in question must arrive from one of our suppliers. The estimated delivery date is indicated for each product. Any delivery delays (exceeding 25 days) cannot be attributed to Baby Chic, as it is not directly responsible.
  • NOT AVAILABLE: the product is not currently available in our warehouses or from our suppliers and cannot be purchased.
  • UPCOMING: the product is about to be released, cannot be ordered yet, but will soon be available for purchase.

If an order contains items available for immediate delivery together with items to be ordered, the customer will receive a single delivery when all the goods are available. Upon arrival of the courier, the customer is required to check in the presence of the courier that:

  • The number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
  • The description on the packages corresponds to what is actually indicated on the transport document.

We invite all our customers to always check that the packaging is intact, perfectly sealed, and not altered in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy in the number of packages or descriptions must be reported immediately to the courier, by adding the wording: "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING, wet packaging or missing parts, etc." The courier is not obliged to assemble the delivered items, and delivery, without explicit prior agreement, will only be made to the ground floor. Therefore, the reason for this reservation must be specified on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the customer cannot dispute any external characteristics of what has been delivered. Baby Chic will not be responsible for goods received in damaged packages accepted without adding the wording "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING".

Any problems concerning the correspondence, completeness or physical integrity of the products received must be reported within three days of delivery by contacting our assistance service via e-mail assistenza@babychicstore.it; for damaged goods, it is necessary to send digital photos to assess the extent of the damage.

In the event of failure to collect the material held in storage at the courier's warehouses within five working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order or due to refusal of the goods, the order will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged for return shipping costs of €34.00 for single packages, €72.00 for pallet shipments, and any storage fees incurred.
