INGREDIENTS: Rice flour, pre-cooked rice flour, vitamin B1. Gluten-free. May contain traces of soy. HOW TO PREPARE AND STORE: The initial dose of ChiccoRis is 1-2 tablespoons (approximately 20 grams). As weaning progresses, increase the amount of ChiccoRis according to the baby's appetite and after consulting the Pediatrician. Ideal for preparing: SOUPS: Bring 200-250 ml of vegetable broth or water to a boil, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of Mellin ChiccoRis and cook for 7 minutes. RICE DISHES: Boil 2 or 3 tablespoons of Mellin ChiccoRis for 7 minutes in plenty of water. Drain and season with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil or a jar of Mellin vegetable purée. Store the product in a dry place and close carefully after use.
