Mellin's complete meal has a low sodium content, made with selected and controlled ingredients, all without preservatives.
The meal is ready to use; simply remove the lid, heat in a bain-marie or microwave oven, and the meal is ready. You can add a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil raw for a smoother taste. Any unused portion of the jar must be re-sealed, stored in the refrigerator, and consumed within 24 hours.
