The baby food is ready to use; simply remove the lid, heat in a bain-marie or microwave, and it's ready. You can add a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil for a smoother taste. Any unused portion of the jar should be re-sealed, stored in the refrigerator, and consumed within 24 hours.
